1. You may order electronically through this website using the shopping cart function. You will be prompted to input your billing and shipping info upon first use. First time users will also be prompted to enter your own password in the Password field. By entering a password of your own choosing, a personal profile will be created for you. This enables re-entry for you to auto fill the form and to view previous orders when you return to our site. We do not distribute in any way your information.

3. Payment Methods:
We require payment to accompany all new orders. North Central Promotions accepts company checks, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. For products destined for delivery anywhere in the state of Connecticut, there is an additional 6% sales tax charge. North Central Promotions will contact you regarding any sales tax and/or shipping charges that will be added to your final invoice.

4. Shipping Methods & Charges
Most products are shipped via United Parcel Service ground, unless otherwise requested. For rush orders, United Parcel Service and Federal Express offer expedited three-day, two-day or overnight services. Your desired delivery date, the shipping method you choose, the product weight, and delivery destination will determine your final shipping charges. Prior to placing your order, we will contact you to let you know the final shipping and other charges (see #5 below) to be added to your invoice.

5. Additional Charges
Non-standard PMS colors will incur an additional charge, pending item and quantity ordered. Connecticut sales tax will be added to any items shipping to Connecticut destinations. Also, set up charges vary on most items and will be added to your final invoice.

6. How To Send North Central Promotions Your Artwork For Imprinting:
Camera-ready art may be sent via e-mail in a STUFFED MACINTOSH FILE. Please save your artwork as an EPS file in Quark Xpress 4.0 software. If using Illustrator software, fonts must be turned to OUTLINE and then file saved as EPS. We also work with PhotoShop 5.5 and Freehand 8.0 – please call us at 860-684-6958 if you have any questions regarding software and/or file requirements.

Your artwork may also be sent on a CD via the carrier of your choice. Faxed art cannot be accepted, as it would result in a poor quality reproduction. If not specified, we will modify the image size of your artwork to best fit the area to be imprinted. If you would like your artwork returned, please specify on your order.

All computer files provided should be a minimum of 300 dpi at 100% reproduction size for optimum print quality. Please save files in native, editable format. Provide RGB images (TIFF or EPS) & fonts. A match color laser print or better output from the file is required for predictable color reproduction on full-color jobs. Ink jet prints and Web graphics are not suitable for printing and proofing. Please label all disks, and include only the required files.

8. If You Want North Central Promotions To Create Your Artwork:
Please call us at (860) 684-6958 to discuss your needs and/or to arrange for us to meet with you at your place of business. Artwork is created free of charge if it accompanies a promotional products order. Otherwise, artwork is charged at $45/hour at a 1-hour minimum charge.
